This Show

Part 1: World War 3 @ Dale’s House

Dale recounts a major meltdown with his five-year-old daughter the night before, culminating in him telling her to pack a bag and leave. The bulk of this segment, however, is a tense on-air argument between Dale and producer Daniel Gallo over equipment for prank phone calls. Dale tries to offer solutions (studios already equipped, listener suggestions), but Daniel reacts defensively, leading Dale to accuse him of passive-aggression. The conflict escalates until Dale tells Daniel to take the day off and threatens to stop doing prank calls altogether. Bob attempts to mediate, explaining Daniel’s creative workflow, but the tension remains.
